Exercise ki ahmiat jetni mardon ke liye hai utni khawateen ke liye bhi hai. Warsish karne se insaan ka aesaabi dabao khatam ho jata hai. Aur inseam mein masbat soch janam leti hai. Lihaza rozana thora waqt apne jism ko sehatmand rakhne ke liye bhi nikalna chahiye
